The decision by one of our premium brand OEM customers to streamline onsite Quality Service support led to our successful nomination as a dual source contracted partner. This strategy gave the supply base an equal pricing structure and the ability to nominate their chosen partner solely on levels of service, something that resulted in a majority share of work being awarded to auto-scan.
