e‑ppl awarded Silver Armed Forces Covenant Award
e‑ppl has been awarded the Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award as part of the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
This builds on the company’s commitment to the scheme and recognises our continued support for the Armed Forces community.
The Silver Award reflects the policies and practices we have in place to support veterans, reservists, and their families. From recruitment through to training and career development, we are committed to creating opportunities for those who have served. Our teams include a number of veterans, and their skills, mindset and experience bring significant value to the Group and the clients we support.

The Silver Award is only given to organisations that provide flexibility for reservists, proactively support service leavers, and advocate for the Armed Forces community in the workplace.
